Return shipping on the sample is free if you order a 5x8 or larger from the sample. Otherwise, you may return the sample using our discounted return label, or through your local shipping office, once you have obtained a Return Authorization and return address, from our office. Love my new rug! So much that I ordered a runner in the same pattern!
Great area rug for our application, this was utilized at our front door entrance due to the carpet is thinner (less than 1/2”thick ). The rug allows our double doors to swing open / closed without striking the rug. We also purchased the Karastan thin pad which also worked great with this particular rug. For our foyer we love the colors of this rug, it seemed to blend in well with our decor and flooring- highly recommended.

I wanted a wool rug for our entranceway and this was perfect. Bold colors look great with the wood floor (and I got a free rug mat, thank you) . Great price. Delivery was fast. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the braided fringe. Just doesn’t lay nice on floor and kinda gets in the way. But, every other aspect of rug is perfect.
I dud not like the fading so heavily through the middle and to the end of the rug. No colod. Liked the color on the corners.
The colors in this rug are spectacular. I ordered a larger size for our living room. The rug arrived in good condition a week after the order was placed. I would highly recommend Incredible Rugs.

By far and away this is the only pad that keeps my entrance hall rug and my upstairs runner in place. I've tried other rug pads from both big box stores and from specialty rug pad shops ($$$), but holds the rugs in place like this one. Moreover, it doesn't harm my wood floors, and it can be flipped over to hold rugs on carpet too. For sure, I'll be purchasing more Tacky Pads for rugs that are not anchored down by furniture.
I ordered this runner to get a feel for what tones and aura this rug would provide once I have my new flooring installed. The colors of the rug are astoundingly beautiful, the rug material is luxurious and thick.
The only thing that was a little disappointing is that the whipped edging has started to unravel.
I will be ordering the largest one for my living room as soon as the contracting work is done.
Excellent product for anyone needing a pad for a foyer or low door entry to hold your rug. Karastan as usual makes high quality products and this item is no exception. My only complaint and reason for four stars is the pad is truly 8’ round, I wish the pad would measure less (like was 7’6”) to keep from seeing the pad edge underneath the rug. With a little work we were able to center it to minimize this issue.
We let our new rug and the padding lay flat for a few days and they are lying very flat. The thickness is great over a hardwood floor. Provides enough cushion but can still easily cut to the right size.
This is a beautiful rug! The colors in person are the same as they appear online. This thick, plush rug goes with everything in my living room. I love how it looks and feels, so do my cats. It has a very rich, elegant look and feel. I get many compliments on this rug. The only negative thing I have to say is that it sheds quite a bit at first but, that has gotten better with time.
